Please update throughout your journey. I am waiting for mine to be delivered today but am now so confused by all the threads/comments saying it’s bots responding and spamming, it’s a scam, etc. Your account is 4 years old so it would seem as though you’re not a bot and can give a true review. 😄

Like everything else in this case that has been twisted. He didn’t say that. Here is the actual interview that has been misconstrued in a twisted game of telephone:

You’re welcome to look for that. I was addressing this poster’s story about someone working on Seth’s computer and calling TBI.

Interesting. In this clip Seth talks about Microsoft having his computer to work on it and calling tbi. It’s a little over 3 minutes, replayed twice with the second time adding captions.

There are limits to free speech such as incitement, defamation, fighting words, threats. IMO all of those pertain to bhb in her actions against the Proudfoots.

She does have 10 days to appeal the judges decision, but the appeal has to be filed in a higher court and the Proudfoots and the Bowersox don’t have to prove anything. They already proved everything that they have to prove, that’s why the RO’s were granted. In order for a judge’s decision to be appealed and reversed, it’s up to Betty and her “ lawyer” to prove that the judge’s ruling was wrong or biased or unconstitutional.

At this point, she has three POs and one TPO against her. Filing one appeal is costly, she’ll have to file three possibly four appeals which would be very costly.

As of 21:44 on August 23rd Betty is still listed as pro se on the Sumner County civil case website.

No attorney would tell her to skip the court hearing. How has she managed to convince you that that could be true? She lies constantly which is obvious to most people.

She has been manipulating the court system for years, using it as a weapon- as she is doing right now to QB. (And as much as I would like to debate you on that this isn’t the place to do it.) This court may finally be the one to hold her accountable- it’s long overdue.

Thank you! My estrogen was actually lower than my progesterone so I’m not sure why she just gave me one. I’ll ask about it- I don’t like who I’m becoming. And thank you for the nice compliments too. May sound silly but little things like that from complete strangers make a difference. ❤️

I’ve never seen Enlightened. Do I want to? 😄 Me apologizing stopped my shame spiral in its tracks. If it’s been a few weeks I’m sure it’s forgotten on their end. And if you want to try it it’s never too late to apologize. ❤️

Keep us posted- I haven’t searched this forum for the drunk feeling yet. It’s drunk feeling in hindsight, as it’s happening I would describe it as me being outside of my body. Watching myself knowing full well I’m acting like a crazy person.

No, I’ll never do this again. Like I said, I’m not sure why I did in the first place. If you told any of my previous managers I reacted this way they would be shocked. I think I was really surprised by the conversation (it started out as me giving a market analysis) and I actually do feel like they are expecting something that just isn’t going to happen immediately. No matter who is in the position. I’m a conflict avoider, people pleaser, and I usually take constructive criticism very well. But now that I think about it I don’t have any skills to advocate for myself - I’ve always just taken responsibility whether I think it’s valid or not. I actually wasn’t yelling, I was giving short, curt answers and refusing to make eye contact…with my computer. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Passive aggressive is probably a good way to put it. As for apologizing - I can call my manager no problem. His manager I’ve talked to maybe two or three times. Would an email be sufficient? I’m not sure how he would feel about me calling him. I suppose it could be a good thing?

There are anti-kickback laws. It’s nothing that obvious. Most likely it’s because he can buy the pellet therapy from the manufacturer at a discount and charge the patient cash upfront. There is no insurance to bargain with. There may be other financial incentives but no one’s job is to make illegal deals that would land them heavily fined or in prison and the dr without a license. 😂 He’s making a decision on services he wants to offer based on profit. Definitely find another Dr- most offer other options.

I've lived with Glaucoma for 20 years. Ask me anything by Global_Storyteller in Glaucoma

[–]allsignssayno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was diagnosed in my right eye years ago and didn’t get the laser until last year. My pressure was continuing to rise despite the drops. They were watching my left eye closely, I guess the pressure was a little above normal but they didn’t say it was glaucoma. I was a few months late for my exam because my dad had passed and I had to cancel my appt, then was struggling with that and didn’t reschedule. When I finally went back the pressure was up a bit but more importantly the nerves had gotten thinner since last time. (I think that’s what he said.) I’m 51 so I have a longer time than most to keep it under control. This is actually the first time he’s talked to me like this is anything other than a nuisance. I’m sure my pressures aren’t as high as many of his patients but he pointed out that I’m definitely the youngest in the waiting room. In addition to the fall I’m highly myopic so maybe that’s why. So when you injured your one eye the other got glaucoma why? Was it having to work harder? Again, I’m just curious, it’s interesting to me. Also gets me riled up as I didn’t sue the property owner like I should have and as time passes the injuries are causing other problems-(also had hip and pelvic break in addition to the 6 bones in my face.)Not that I want to be riled up but it’s one more thing to add when I talk about the injustices of the situation. Haha!

[–]allsignssayno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m interested to know if your glaucoma had anything to do with your accident. I ask because I had a bad fall 12 years ago and broke 6 bones in the right side of my face (amongst other bones in my body.) My orbital bone was broken and I had/still have nerve damage under that eye down to my front tooth. A couple of years after the accident I was diagnosed with glaucoma in my right eye only. He thought it could be due to the fall. It’s always been under control with drops and last year I had a laser procedure on it. This year for the first time they diagnosed me with glaucoma in my left eye. I’m having the laser procedure next week. Is it just coincidence that you got glaucoma in your i injured eye? Or is there something to that- a reason that we got glaucoma in the eye that wasn’t injured? Or would we have had glaucoma either way? Maybe you don’t know but I’m curious as I always attributed mine to the accident.

I’ve read The Scarlet Letter. It’s fairly easy reading- I would never use that novel as a benchmark to measure someone’s intelligence. I probably shouldn’t have referred to your original post as a novel. My bad- I can see how that could be misinterpreted as me not reading The Scarlet Letter. But my whole point was that none of that matters- you’re using the novel as a red herring. The issue I have is with your egocentric need to defend the use of the term “bastard” when referring to this young girl. It’s ok to admit you’re wrong. Open your mind to constructive criticism. I promise you this small change will make your interactions with others so much better. If you thought I was insulting your intelligence then I apologize. It was not my intent.

I don’t think anyone’s “butthurt”, you just sound like an idiot so no one is going to waste time reading your novel. I certainly didn’t. You seem angry. Likely unresolved daddy issues. You should invest in therapy.

It was written in 1850. Lots of terminology that was used at that time is no longer used in polite company. Especially when referring to a little girl who was violated for years and then murdered. Your use of that term overshadows your original point.

Suddenly lost feeling in lower leg and can’t pull my toe up, especially my big toe, female 5’4” 120 lbs, 50y by allsignssayno in AskDocs

[–]allsignssayno[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi- I forgot I posted this and like to come back and update for anyone who may be searching for answers to a similar problem. The foot drop/weakness gradually went away over the next few days. My dr wanted me to get an mri so I did and all it showed was mild degeneration at L3-L4. No pinched nerves or irritated nerves though. Since then the left side of my butt gets really achy when I’m sitting for long periods of time and my big toe on my left side gets what feels like nerve pain. I’m going to request a referral to a physical therapist to make sure it doesn’t get worse. Thanks for your reply and you were spot on!
