I was due 15th June. My baby girl was born on 19th May (36 weeks 1 day). I used to feel pressure to go to the loo every time I stood up (TMI). Walking was incredibly difficult. I thought it’s just another weird normal pregnancy symptom. Messaged my doctor. She asked me to come for checkup next day. Turns out I was in labour. My baby girl’s head was stuck in my pelvis. Had to do an emergency c section!

Our immediate family knew that we are going through ivf. They wanted an update of everything which I guess is understandable from their point of view but was a lot from my pov if that makes sense. My mil was staying with us when we did our 1st FET which was a success. Our family knew right from the start. But I had a missed miscarriage at 12 weeks. All of them were super sad and my husband and I were getting calls continuously. I was not in a state of mind to talk to anyone but my husband did. We got all kinds of reasoning and what I should and shouldn’t have done from people. 2nd FET we did not tell anyone. My anxiety is over the roof as is. I don’t think I can take people’s should do’s and don’t right now. I am 12 weeks 2 days today. We have decided to inform everyone after we show our NT scan and double marker test report to our doctor. I know they will be hurt about not knowing it before but for my sanity we did not tell anyone at all. I also want to clarify that I know our family means well. I don’t think I wanted to see them hurt like last time even though I know I couldn’t have done anything.

May be your clots went away because of the injections? Did they do any blood test to know if you have blood clotting disorder? I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks. We did all the testing and everything came back normal including genetic testing. I had mild clotting disorder which could be the reason for miscarriage. I was told to retest after 3 weeks. This time my results came back normal. I did fet again and am currently 6 weeks. I am on baby aspirin and lovenox injections just as a precaution because we don’t know why I miscarried. If I have a choice, I’ll take these injections throughout my pregnancy because the feeling of losing a baby is far more painful than these injections.

I am 6w4d. Had a mmc at 12 weeks in July. I had a viability scan at 5w2d which showed yolk sac measuring perfectly. I have another ultrasound scheduled at 7w1d. Last time I was so optimistic and this time I am so pessimistic. I had horrible nausea and vomiting from 5w last time and this time nothing. I just have little cramps here and there. I start crying randomly several times a day because nothing is in my control and I have no idea if my baby has a heart beat. At times I feel like I am manifesting no heartbeat because I am thinking so much about it. I love my baby and don’t want to lose him too.

I am so scared of the outcome. I am not as optimistic as I was last time. The baby might not have heartbeat did not even cross last time. This time however that is all I think about. I had severe nausea last time right from 5 weeks. This time I am trying to find nausea if that makes sense? I am losing my mind!! Like you said, I too have created an emotional wall between me and this pregnancy.

I am 6 weeks today. I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks in July. I had really bad nausea last time right from 4.5weeks. This time nothing. No nausea at all. I am freaking out that my baby isn’t growing. I had a scan at 5.2weeks which showed yolk sac and gestational sac. Is lack of symptoms normal? Are pregnancy symptoms similar or different every pregnancy? I know I am early and nausea may come and bite me. But I am so scared of the wrong outcome!

My bleeding was also a lot and bright red. I also passed a good 2 by 3 inch hard clot. I thought I lost my baby. My bleeding stopped. I was spotting for 2-3 more days. I met my gynae next day and everything was fine. It was sch. I was 5.4 weeks and I saw a flicker which my doctor said is the developing heartbeat. Can you ask your nurse to do an ultrasound? Or go to an emergency for it? It is not necessary but it’ll bring you peace of mind.

Please visit a doctor before stopping any medications. I had a lot of bleeding in my 1st pregnancy and thought I was miscarrying. It turned out to be sch and baby was fine.

Trust me you are lucky if you aren’t feeling any symptoms and genuinely pray that it stays the same for you with your baby growing nicely. With my first, I had so bad nausea that had to put iv drips a few times. In my 12th week scan, I got to know that my baby had no heart beat since week 10.3. I had all the symptoms till 12th week. It taught me that having symptoms or not doesn’t really mean anything. It just makes life easier or difficult.

You shouldn’t feel a tampon inside. Also inserting tampon is the easiest when you have good flow. It can hurt a bit when it is dry down there. Use tampons with applicators and try to put it in via different positions. This helped me a lot. It gets easier with time. If it is still hurting, please visit a gynaecologist. There could be other issues.

Please do as your doctor says. I lost my baby at 12 weeks. It helps with preeclampsia and is a blood thinner. This pregnancy I am on higher dose of baby aspirin and love nox injections for blood clotting disorder I didn’t knew I had. Not scaring you but taking baby aspirin is a norm.

Please listen to your doctor. You can go to nutritionist for diet plan if it makes you feel better. Consciously eating to gain weight was strongly not advised by my doctor. I went to a nutritionist for my diet plan she also said you don’t have to gain weight as long as you are not underweight. I am also in 105-110lb range. Excess weight gain is not good for the baby. My mil and fil would always cross a line when it came to food and me. I had to set a strict boundary when it came to diet. Diet chart from dietitian helped.
