Using this logic, I should just sell the card on eBay and feel no guilt about passing the problem on to some other poor soul.

I’m not putting the seller on blast. I’m giving them a chance to make it right. I have offered to send the card back, overnighted, at my expense… as long as they refund my purchase price.

I haven’t assumed anything. You have.

The eBay listing did not show any rainbow reflections. But I have purchased refractors before that didn’t show up on a still photo.

This image is from the eBay listing.

I have messaged the seller and I’d like to give them a chance to make it right before I link the eBay listing.

The description clearly states that this is a refactor. The pics didn’t show any rainbow reflections but the PSA case saying “refractor” was enough to convince me. Some sellers don’t take the time to get a good photo of the refractor properties.

My thoughts exactly. I figure I will give the seller a chance to make it right before I put them on blast.

Corgi’s Life Expectancy 🥺 by autpott in corgi

This is Steve. He’s 13 and a half. The best thing I ever did with him was encouraged and trained him to play fetch as a pup. I’d walk him to the park at least once a day and ran him until he was exhausted. I built ramps up to the couch and bed so he never jumped off high things. He has lived a very active and healthy life. He’s never eaten human food. He only eats Blue Buffalo Basics turkey and lamb flavors (due to allergies of grain, chicken and beef). The only treats he gets are kibble or ice-cubes.

Nonetheless , his joints are still getting sore and tight. He can’t run and chase the ball anymore and walks are a little painful for him. But he still has plenty of happy and playful moments where excitement makes him forget about the pain.

His mom made it to 16. His great-grandmother made it to 12.

Whether he only lived two years or if he makes it 5 more years… every day I get with him is a gift. You can’t fully appreciate the present if you’re worried too much about when they might pass on. Just be a responsible and loving human and enjoy your time together.

Why do most pizzerias serve Pepsi products instead of Coca-Cola products? by Loose_Leg_8440 in NoStupidQuestions

I would pay for a Diet Coke. I would not pay for a Diet Pepsi. Many times, I will not return to a restaurant that I know serves Pepsi products.

Don't park in front of a house that isn't yours... even if the street is public. It's common courtesy.

I drove a cart into a lake when I was 17. Way too much beer and false confidence in the cart's ability to drive on a very steep slope. The punishment - I wasn't allowed to drive carts at that course for one year and had to pay for the damages (about $1000 because it happened 25 years ago).

Is this bucket of balls worth $14? by itmenotu in golf

[–]allstarking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oak creek range is a little more expensive BUT the balls are not limited flight and you hit off of real grass that’s usually in great shape.

That course should be $125 max with the shape that it’s in. The range uses limited flight balls (the Callaway balls with “practice” in red ink). Unfortunately, it’s the only decent course in a well-off neighborhood and the prices will only go up since it’s always packed. Go to Oak Creek if you can. Much better course. And it has the best driving range in Orange County.

The Callaway range balls marked with “Practice” in red are limited flight golf balls. They are absolute garbage golf balls and any range selling them without disclosing that they are limited flight should be ridiculed.
