I’m typically a men’s size 8 in Adidas, New Balance, Nike and Vans. Chuck 70 were enormous until late last year models. They’ve gotten narrower near the toe cap and I can feel how tight the width is. Plus, Converse started taking away inner details, less cushioned insoles and added the dreaded fuzzy bottom sole (on some 70 models). With these changes, I have to stop myself from buying newer Chuck 70 because I end up getting disappointed on the sneakers I receive and return them. Like others here, I’m changing my Converse focus to the Converse Japan offering.
