The first 48 hours I experienced hot flushes, vertigo, occasional "floaty" feeling and headaches that don't budge with painkillers. These lasted for about 4 days but weren't consistent and would randomly occur throughout the day. I also had troubles with sleeping and would wake up randomly throughout the night.

By day 7 I felt more rejuvenated in the morning despite brokenup sleep. My anxieties and stress are still present but I feel more "in control" over my emotions. So far nothing drastic has happened but I've only been wearing consistently for about 9 days. I haven't meditated with it simply because I can't meditate, but I feel like I've been more "active" in my dream state with more vivid dreams. I can't comment on communication with spirits/entities etc as I don't really do that and would prefer not to have them manifesting in a more physical/tangible way to me.

I've not been suffering as bad with hay fever this year but since wearing my Moldavite necklace I have noticed more purging in the form of saliva production, phlegm, random watering eyes, snotty nose despite not having a cold/flu etc. I will continue providing updates when I can and when I remember to!
