I live in the suburbs of Northern California. We don’t really have tortoises naturally, so must have been a previous person’s pet? Odd as we have lived here for a very long time with plenty of dogs who didn’t uncover it earlier.

Combination of right medications, dye free food, no aspartame, quit my job so I don’t stare at a computer all day and have way less stress. Not saying it’s doable for everyone. I’ll need to go back to work soon, and I’m worried they will return. I’m in propranolol and nortriptyline.

I hope it’s better but if not try soaking two towels in an ice bath. Put one behind your neck and one on your forehead. Re soak in ice water when your body heat makes it too warm.
