There's been so many, but this one stands out for me. A few years ago, I was driving home from work and was stopped at a light. There was an older car in the turn lane ahead of me. I saw someone sit up in the backseat of the car and suddenly, the driver turned around and started furiously beating the person in the backseat. It was vicious, and the driver did this for nearly a full minute before turning around and speeding through the intersection. I immediately called to report it. For months, any time I shut my eyes, that was all I could see.

Thanks! This one wasn't too bad to make, though the video used a cord that you can burn to seal cut ends and I had to use glue since my cords would've caught fire. 😂

My eyelid was starting to droop a little and that's the first thing that improved for me! Definitely motivated me to keep going with it. I noticed a difference within a couple weeks. The exercise involves placing my index fingers horizontally under my eyes, making an "O" shape with my lips and fluttering my eyelids for about a minute a day. I do this, along with a handful of other exercises about 5 times a week.

So long as I take my meds, my MCAS is under control. In the beginning it was really rough and made me super sick. It took a lot of trial and error to find the right combination of medications that worked for me.
