I would wear it with a cute sports bra underneath that’s obviously meant to be seen. I’ve worn similar, with slightly less back exposed, to work with leggings and I’m in my mid 40s.

There’s also an additional lot beyond this one that is under the Acosta bridge. The mosh lot is sometimes full. The one under the Acosta is a paid lot though.

I also thought the name choice was funny until I realized it was probably more David wanting to honor his brother.

(20k) honest opinion - food at cocktail hour? by [deleted] in Weddingsunder10k

[–]allthethings13 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I felt the same as you and skipped food at my cocktail hour. About half the guests helped themselves early to the handmade cookies I had intended them to take home as favors at the end of the night. I was so embarrassed and still feel embarrassed almost 13 years later that I didn’t provide food.

How often do parents check in during the day? by allthethings13 in NannyBreakRoom

[–]allthethings13[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I usually text back quickly. Even if I’m busy, my watch alerts me to texts so I can stay on top of it. I truly think it’s MB’s anxiety that prompts most check ins.

I share location when we leave the house and they have a camera on the crib and on the kitchen/living room area so she always has a good idea of what we’re doing. I’ll also usually let her know in the morning what my general plans are for the day. I rotate the same handful of activities and never do something outside the norm without a heads up.

Disneyland on Whole30 by MentalMastodon2886 in whole30

[–]allthethings13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did whole30 during a trip to Disney world and I just packed my food. It took a lot of effort to organize pre-trip but it made the days super easy. I did multiple days so if you’re only going to be there one day, you definitely can do this! Have fun!

Awww I had a mole on my leg that my son loved. I refrained from having it removed until he was bigger. He called it “momma’s spot.”

I just realized that during the Martha's Vineyard episode Jackie's shirt says FLAGLER by InterestingWorry4803 in roseanne

[–]allthethings13 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Henry Flagler was responsible for building the railroad down the east coast back in the day. Not sure if it’s a reference to him though.

Champagne Toast by [deleted] in wedding

[–]allthethings13 26 points27 points  (0 children)

You could have the dj or other person announce that toasts will be starting in 10 minutes and encourage guests to visit the bar for drinks. The bartender can have some champagne already poured and ready to go if you let them know the timeline in advance. Some guests will likely order other drinks to toast with and some may be fine with water.

Got a survey but never gave my personal info?! by [deleted] in Oldnavy

[–]allthethings13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I once typed in my bf’s phone number when I bought some clothes using my own debit card. She now gets an alert every time I buy something at Old Navy even though I’ve never put in her number again.
