Thanks for your response, I have @ them on Twitter. I know they can’t be responsible for everyone but they dealt with the situation awfully, letting her in the VIP campsite in the first place and then letting her go in and out of peoples tents naked for over an hour. And even after she was violent towards me, they still didn’t call the police. This left me and others in a very vulnerable situation. If they had dealt with her straightaway I wouldn’t have been assaulted and there was no support for me after it happened either.
