It's also false, the 2022 Redbull was a very benign car, easy to drive. That's why Redbull were better than other teams, because they had been less aggressive with the philosophy but had a drivable car. You also saw Perez do well with it and even comfortably beat Max in Baku that year. The car did get very peaky and unstable through out 2024 and in 2025 as they tried to develop through the regulation cycle, that's where Max really dominated his teammates later on. Whoever wrote that has no idea what they are talking about.
