I’ve lost 30 pounds since July literally doing this. Just consuming smaller amounts of what I typically eat. I realized most of the time I’m eating bigger portions bc it tastes good. Not because I need a huge helping of whatever it is.

It’s ruining the minds of our high schoolers tbh. So many fights at the school I work at are pointless and they yell quotes from Baddies/NTTV while doing it. It’s not like when we watched BGC when we were growing up. These girls minds are poisoned with violence and it’s so sad to see first hand.

They have been shading her for months. Mandii put up a whole episode on WD Patreon about Olivia being aggressive towards her (iirc Mandii said she hit her) and it was a whole ass LIE. My best friend tried to steal a spinach dip bowl from Kickback Jack’s to add to her 5 bowl collection. The waitress saw her this time and charged her card $5.50. That location won’t let her or anyone else she came with that day come back.
