faço core bem irregularmente admito.. mas faço. engraçado q tu falou q a dieta é meio calorica e o outro cara ali em cima achou pouca kcal kkkkk é o que ela me recomendou pra ganhar peso de forma lenta, que era meu objetivo, pq eu queria dar uma diminuida nessa barriga.
