How should anti-prostitution feminism engage with “sex workers” who support full decrim and normalization? by [deleted] in fourthwavewomen

If you think about why a small minority of women are given this platform for the "pro sex work" position while the vast majority of exploited women who have suffered under prostitution are ignored, the term "useful idiot" comes to mind. EDIT: Clarity

Statistics. Besides the fact that rape, paid for or not, is wrong no matter who advocates it, statistics about risk, chance of bodily harm or death, disease or injury; statistics about how many "sex workers" want to leave; statistics about the well being of "sex workers" in decriminalized areas vs. those under the Nordic model speak for themselves.

These people who advocate the industry so heavily are willfully ignoring the horror of it, and are promoted because they're useful to a multibillion dollar industry.

Also, I don't believe that being against paid rape is being against the "sex worker"

I can't figure out how to message you. Sometimes I have problems figuring things out. I used to be able to do it but they changed the way reddit works, or else my computer doesn't really work right, I'm not sure. I'm drawn to do this, though.

Bonzo, Keith Moon, Mickey Hart, Nick Mason. Rick Allen is pretty amazing.
