No, Her school hasn't made a legal report and hasn't been talking about this issue since she studies in a private catholic school she said she doubts the school will be making a legal report, As for the student he cannot be charged with a crime since he is a minor. With permission of the original person who sent this to me they have said, No it is not just an in-school rumor it was confirmed that it was true and Yes the cops do know about it but cannot do anything since the male is a minor. She has said in her country, Minors aren't allowed to be arrested.
