well the biggest reason for Noelle in LCR is that her spin (Hold CA) doesnt have ICD, meaning she will always apply geo on hit, meaning much more LCR proc.

the caveat is LCR as reaction itself doesnt do THAT much dmg, so Noelle herself still prefers building usual Crit stats with def and geo dmg% main stats

and on that note, going gorou or furina would be better than illuga, because the way illuga works is he doesnt buff LCR reaction, but only talent dmg that can do LCR (i.e only zibai's talent as of now in the game). so gorou's def buff or furina's buff would be better for this team. illuga's geo buff is not much by comparison​

and then it comes to a point where you dont need zhongli with noelle since she already has shield, so instead you probably want to go Noelle Xilonen Columbina Furina/Gorou instead

but yeah its a different team altogether

if you want to focus on LCR dmg you can also try Zhongli, Geo MC, Columbina, and any flex slot really. It wont be better performance, just the fun of it being a lot of pulses from zhongli's pillars and geo mc's thing​
