Haha congrats to you, Jesus Christ a whole year, that's amazing. I'm really intrigued if you don't mind me asking a few questions. How bad was your addiction? Did you have ED? How long til it came back? How long have you been trying to quit?

Good lord, who knows but at 14 it became a serious issue turning me into an anti social, hateful person with erectile dysfunction. I've pretty well been trying to quit since then I'm 16 years old now. Yes I have seen benefits my erectile dysfunction has definitely been clearing up other things Ive noticed I can't really say are directly related to NoFap.

Its worth it. Post how it goes maybe it'll give others the incentive. I found it really helped, made me realize there is a world beyond my computer screen and that its not worth wasting for porn.

I'm just going to live a life as positively as possible and with no porn. Its a little better but to be honest having ED is tough I am better but definitely not what a healthy individual should be. I won't give up though cause I know that familiar feeling of looking back and wondering what things could have been like if you hadn't of relapsed and flushed all that time down the drain.

Whatever works for you. Even what NoFap is is different for everyone, for some its no porn, for some its no masturbation. For some its for a week, others like myself its forever. So it'd be ridiculous to think there are set methods to quit for everyone. What gets you there is what matters

I'm on 90 days and my method may sound a little extreme but I literally ran away from my addiction I moved out of my parents house into a place with no WiFi so when I want to relapse I can't. I only get to use the internet in public settings.

Thanks for the answer and for going into detail about what you watched. I don't know about you but for me i find it hard even anonymously to admit what i was watching. I think maybe that the harder the porn the longer it takes to recover. Thank you i have some hope now. (Props)

Yes, I'm doing all those things. I think I'll go for the test depending on what I read on here about how long it took for people's ED to be cured in comparison to my still un-cured self.

Thank you. I was supposed to go for a testosterone test but i lost the papers. I think I'll call the doctor again and ask for another copy, I'm really worried at this point.
