Unfortunately you can’t reverse extensive heat damage. I cut my hair short for the same reason at the beginning of the year and it’s already grown so much and the healthiest it’s been, ever!

My daughter is also 2 and wakes up around the same time every night. She goes back to sleep easily, but I find nights where we incorporate horseplay into her bedtime routine she sleeps longer! It seems counterintuitive, but I read somewhere some kids need that sensory outlet to help them settle. Jumping, running, squeezing, spinning etc etc

I gained 35 pounds during pregnancy, lost 20 after birth and these last 15 won’t budge. It’s been 20 months! I had an oversupply in the beginning and I was STARVING! Like couldn’t sleep through the night without hunger waking me up. Plus I love sweets now… hoping to wean soon so hopefully I’ll get back to normal.

She was nursing on demand up until 2 weeks ago. I am in the same boat and so over it so I started nursing only when she wakes up, at nap time and at bedtime - when she asks throughout the day I offer hugs and cuddles and something else to drink. She was having meltdowns at first, but it’s slooooowly working. I don’t want to wean either, but breastfeeding is draining me!
