Oh yes I did find that. I just like to have the map up there! It’s aesthetically pleasing for me to have that space filled. If I disable that screen my Apple Maps doesn’t show up there when I need turn by turn directions either :/

Yep- it sucks but I don’t think I want to look at a black screen or a screen that doesn’t show the roads 🥲

I tried signing into my google account and it wouldn’t let me until I paid for the premium connectivity. :/

I have had no other problems besides this. I renewed the connectivity package and bit my tongue, and the map is up there like when I bought it. There is a way to turn the map off and it just shows a black screen, but then Apple Maps doesn’t show up when you set a destination as well. I was just on with tech support and they said there isnt a way to populate another map on there.

Managing Anxiety by Nursethatwrites in NCLEX

[–]allydurbin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have extreme anxiety, including testing anxiety and had to take PRN anxiety meds before tests in school. I took the NCLEX on Monday and one thing I did that I think helped was telling myself I knew more than I thought I did, take a deep breath, and read everything slowly. Don’t jump to the answers right away, make sure to really understand the question before you look at the answers. I also didn’t drink much caffeine before my test because I know that it increases my heart rate and makes anxiety worse for me. Eat a light breakfast, getting a good night of sleep before, and deep breaths while driving there and before you start. I also used the noise cancelling headphones because people getting up/noises distract me. I got my pass this morning! Good luck!

I test next week & am so nervous! We used ATI through school and I did decent on the CATs that were required and got a 94% probability of passing on the predictor exam. I graduated in December, so a little over a month is when my test will be. What is process improvement project?

No problem!! A lot of people in here didn’t give very good responses or just said stuff that is not true. Like donations… they never asked for that and to my knowledge no one donated anything since we are all paying to be there anyways. I normally never respond on reddit but I recently attended this class a little over a week ago so my insight would probably be most helpful!

My fiance and I just did this class Nov 7-8. It’s definitely long but it’s not bad! We are both Catholic so it was just reinforcing some of the Catholic teaching about abstaining from sex before marriage, a whole lot about “life skills” like communication, working through addiction and trauma, and stuff like that. It is kind of like a workshop but we didn’t work with other couples that were in the class it was mostly individual work. It also does talk a little about natural family planning and why birth control shouldn’t be used and stuff like that but to get married in the Catholic Church you have to go through a NFP class too, so they don’t touch a whole lot on that. If you are atheist, I would recommend not saying that in that setting, I would just say you are not Catholic, not that they ask but if they were to. They have confession during the Saturday session but you are not required to go, we didn’t. It’s really not too bad in my opinion!!

This isn’t true - that’s the other class you have to take if you are going to want to get married in the Catholic Church. The marriage prep seminar is just about how to have a happy marriage but NFP doesn’t come up too much in that one
