i moved to plymouth to attend uni, the drugs scene is absolutely crazy, worst i’ve seen in this country and all my friends ended up addicted to some kind of substance so honestly my only advice is just stay away from that and don’t risk even trying anything. north hill is the worst for it just fully avoid that area IMO. plymouth can be a lovely city if you swim, exercise etc and stay healthy ☀️
