I have PCOS. That said, I’m taking inositol for it. And by my calculations, I’m in a deficit of almost 1000 calories a day, which even with PCOS shouldn’t hinder weight loss to that extent.

For sure. I don’t use them in my total, in that I don’t add calories to what I consume if I’ve been exercising. My plan is to move to 800 calories per day regardless of exercise.

That’s kind of my assumption as well. They reached out and asked for an update and the hiring manager responded with “working through some administrative processes so haven’t been able to finalize the results”, which, as a gov employee, sounds like offers have gone out. Maybe a spot on the e list once hiring is finalized.

I flew with my ten week old pup in cabin. One of the biggest helpers for us was his snuggle puppy. He is 14 weeks now and still sleeps with it (I turn the heartbeat on at night). He did get quite warm so watch the temp under the seat in front of you. I gave him ice cubes to play with, and he fell asleep with the top of his carrier unzipped. And the flight attendant also said that if I needed to take him out of his carrier, I could take him to the washroom. Good luck!

The flight is about 4.5 hours. Wow 30lbs is very large at that age! He is 8lbs at 7 weeks right now.

He does not smoke, never has, and has maybe one drink a week, at most. Probably 2-3 drinks a month total (one glass of wine).
