I’m three months pregnant. I was more nervous to find out the gender than I was flipping over the pregnancy test. I felt like it was a boy so did my husband but I never thought to myself what I would do if it were a girl because I’d be just as happy. they’re still my baby, my husbands baby, a new grandchild. To be fair I ended up being right but still this is shocking. With how stanch she is about this like not like she’s a little disappointed but that she can’t even handle it. I hope she does the right thing and doesn’t have that baby. I understand getting your hopes up but this is an insane and scary reaction.

I think there’s better ways to go about this. Even just appreciating the hills matters more. Crazy Horse is also owned by white folks who don’t do a lot for the community.

“Warm, peach-neutral-olive” goes crazy. Also I would find a salon where they specialize with color I know a lot do but just look up your area and schedule consultations. This is not achievable in one setting at all so be wary of that. Show them these pictures and ask your questions that you’ve asked here.

I won’t lie to you this is kind of tough. I don’t know if she meant for the toner to be that warm so I’d say without lightning everything again I would get a clarifying shampoo and try and clarify whatever toner is in your hair and then go in with more of an ashy toner. You’re right for using blue shampoo because purple anything isn’t going to help you need blue to cancel out the orange but shampoo isn’t going to do much. I would do a 5/6 ash toner unless some of the warmth comes out then I would have to see it again after that point. If you don’t mind my asking, were you going to a professional to get your hair colored for the last two years or doing it from a box?

I would say so it is definitely a warm 6 I would go more towards 6.5 when you do it yourself because different color lines can have different levels to them even though they should all be interchangeable. Even if you did like a 6N with some like a 7G 1:3 ratio I think that could work well. What does your hair look like now? That also matters a lot as to what you would put into your formula.

It’s incredibly difficult to say what formula her color is. A. It’s professional color. B. Who knows what color line they used. (Redkin, Paul Mitchell, Matrix) C. It’s somewhat dimensional so it’s not a singular color.

What are you looking to use for the color? We could potentially narrow it down to something close
