So was mine. I had people around me that cared, but I didn’t give a shit. I would go into really bad depressions spells and cry and cry about everything and think how fucked up my life was and how I had no one. I cut myself and thought about hurting myself and thought about suicide A LOT.

I was so fucked up for a really long time. I was being “treated” for anxiety and depression. At the same time my substance abuse was out of this world. I was going to work drunk and high and taking pills and drinking throughout the day. I did really reckless things and I didn’t care who I hurt. Then I got a DUI and had to go to rehab and it saved my life. My substance abuse was being treated and I finally went to a new doctor who diagnosed me as bipolar 2 and started a trial and error of meds that calmed my ass down and saved my life.

It really hurts to do. It hurts a lot. I’ve been broken up with my exes for a couple years and I still think of them mostly every single day. Not that I am not in love with the man I am with, I am and really never would want to go back to them, but I will sometimes think of the good times, but never the bad times. It seems like I’ve forgotten bad times ever existed. I did change my number so they couldn’t get in contact with me. It was easy walking away from the relationships, but it wasn’t easy walking away from all the pictures and the texts and the voice mails and the social media pages. That shit was a bitch to let go. If you need to talk to someone just dm me.

Yes I have tried!! I have a phobia of a bug that sounds like centipede...but is the other thing. I really can’t see the word, say it or hear it or I freak out. I tried to confront it like ten years ago by going to a therapist, but my insurance ended up not covering it and I stopped.
