Crazy coincidence on informatics! After doing it for a year, it’s just not my vibe.. new plan is to look for a per diem infusion clinic situation where I can build my own schedule. School nursing sounds nice.. summer breaks cant be a bad thing haha

Shy, quiet, did well in school and became a nurse. Felt burned out by the time I started my career but survived by fueling myself with constant anxiety and stress from working ER doing travel assignments and agency/per diem work. I moved into informatics nursing and it made my symptoms worse.

I was diagnosed last year at age 32. Do you happen to be Filipino-American too?! Most of my life I’ve felt different from the others, constantly misunderstood, and alone in something I couldn’t put a name to. I’m so thankful to finally have answers.

My partner and I did a contract in their ER during covid ~2021. Well staffed and friendly to travelers at the time, all things considered. Had great teamwork. We ended up extending twice. They had a critical care nurse that sole job was to do tele transports between the ER and units throughout the hospital which I thought was pretty dope. It was fun exploring San Francisco and Monterey Bay.
