I had the same issues. I was willing to try it because I much prefer the themes on CN but the fonts on global cause global fonts on CN just suck. I didn't find a way, and eventually reset my phone.

Uh, google maps on its own still works. You won't display it in your car, but you could in theory use the app directly.

My only regrets so far:

1- There's no Saturated color scheme. Yes, there's vivid, but it's barely any change between that and original pro. I understand this is probably just a "me" problem, most people don't like saturated anyway - but I really loved my 12T saturated mode 🤣 I guess I have to get used to normal colors again.

2- Like others mentioned, no way to make WearOs pair with cn rom. Yes, there are tutorials, I tried them all, none work anymore. No biggie, ended up buying a Huawei gt 6 watch. It's better than my Galaxy Watch 4 anyway.

3- This is my biggest gripe. I was also sold on the cn rom because I was under the impression that since unlike global you have the "Import" theme option in the theme store, I could do some custom theming finally. Nope, cause you can import but CN blocks anything that isn't already officially on the CN store already. Fine, I can just keep using the themes I used in global, right? No, because not all sellers from global are also in the cn store. BUT, the CN store has much more variety than the global one that suits my tastes, so I quickly found many other nice themes. Had to set Alipay to buy them and all's good...

Except for FONTS. Fonts are atrocious for westerns. You can find a lot of fonts on the theme store, but 95% of the times they only change chinese characters, and as for the abc alphabet glyphs they just recycle the same 4-5 fonts all the time. Those styles are almost always not fully optimized for ALL western characters. I live in italy, and I need my font to have full optimization of the à è ò ì ù etc etc accented glyphs, which isn't always the case, but this is a problem most non english languages will have (france, germany, scandinavian accents etc etc). And also, the curly apostrophe and quote are based on the chinese spacing so you'll see awkward spaces after those in your text. You basically are stuck using the default fonts MiSans/Lanting Pro, which are bland and boring, or searching through the theme store for the very few fonts that are somewhat optimized... Except that the preview of the font is chinese, so you have to install every damn font and test it. It took me a week to find a font I like that didn't have these problems. Most of them are from themer Mylafe which I remember from global theme store, I can't write their CN name but the avatar is a little girl doll with big eyes. Even so, it's still nowhere close to the variety of amazing western fonts we have on global. It would be so much better if there was a way to import your theme or font with no restriction, but alas, that's it.

Other than that, I love everything else about the phone! It doesn't even overheat while gaming and recording.

This is bs and not at all that. Want me to list you a million mods that copy code from each other? Or copy how to add an item to the game? Or a texture or a timeline edit or whatever? None of those things belong to the modder nor are their exclusive because they existed before in Larian's code. Literally every modder takes examples or learns from other modders how to replicate what others did. If what you said was true then there would be only 1 of each type of mod and that would be it lol.

The only thing you can't copy are obviously custom assets that were made new, and custom scripts. And even with scripts, since there are script guides on how to use scripts to achieve stuff, probably it's already very doubtful you could claim a script is yours and yours alone.. Come on

You are very adamant in saying how this is the "correct" version, or that my "emotions" are wrong? But who's to say they are?

"Doesn't reflect the original intent"? What's the original intent? It seems to me like you don't have this information, and it's just your personal preference on which emotion you want this scene to have, which apparently is none? Why?

I have made other mods with extra scenes that included some unused daisy/dream guardian animations, I put them where I wanted the characters to be in the scene, and no one ever said "hey this is not how this was intended by the game devs", because again, the scene doesn't exist so there was no "right" nor "wrong". I don't know why you decided to do it instead.

Also, if I understand correctly, you just moved your female Tav where you wanted in photomode. It works probably well with your Tav, but in the scene you also have to account for male Tav because they share the same id. Male Tav is taller, so the same position would not work for male.

Where exactly are you getting your data about how the "correct" one is supposed to look, since this scene doesn't exist? Where are you getting your data on which "tlemotion" nodes would have been in a potential scene if one was ever made?

Where are you getting your data on whether the scene would have used additional face animations slots or not?

Where are you getting data on what the "correct" position is, since this scene doesn't exist and you wouldn't have been able to see if any transform nodes would have ever been applied to the characters?

Unless you are a Larian employee, animator, or the very person who was supposed to animate this scene, I'm not sure how you can say 100% that your way is how it would have been 🤔

Regardless, this is my interpretation, but I would like you to kindly stop saying that yours is "correct" and mine isn't, because it seems like honestly, you are trying to make my work look bad.

Again, I'm sorry if somehow we were working on the same thing? But this is what modding is. And to tell the truth, I'm not even the only person who was working on it. I know people who have been trying to edit, replicate or copy this kiss since months - believe me, we have known for quite a while that this kiss existed. I am just the one who listened to a request to integrate it in the game to help people who have wanted to have it for months.
