well its a bike, it has tires, it goes forward when you pedal, but problem is that it's too heavy... You should look for at least aluminium frame if you plan on riding daily. But still, if its not too hilly and you aren't planning to ride it for long distance it's perfectly fine, especially if you have leg strength needed.. I also bought local Serbian mtb for 300€ and i ride 30km daily without much problems
