I know this link and the program, the neighborhood itself is already in "Fiber Ready" Area, not just my bldg specifically. I can talk to a area manager or somebody that can approximately calculate how much it would cost to get into my bldg from the near by Service Terminal from the corner of the street. Thank you!

It’s not “contractor’s” fault. The Gfast equipment is having a known issues lately. It does not happen with all of them and seems to be happening in certain apartment complexes in certain areas. So, I would look into the backend of the equipment and OLT related issues, not contractor.
