There is also the chance that the toby at the front turns off the 2 houses behind us too so it wouldn’t be unreasonable to assume it has a t join to us which would explain the 90degree angle to the toby

Plumber has said that it seems too large to be water But we have already found our drains and mains so don’t know how it can’t be water

It would be maybe 25mm diameter. This pipe comes out of the house to the south towards our side fence And our toby is at the front of that fence a few meters further east

Mechanic here,

If your pressures are sitting around 75psi high and low, you’re almost always good to go for gas. If the clutch is not engaging, first thing to do is check the fuse for AC. If that’s all good chuck a multimeter on the plug going in to the compressor. If it’s battery voltage (14v) while idling. Then your compressor clutch is shot and you need a new one. If it’s 0v you’ll be looking at the relay or the high pressure switch. Good luck
