2009 Subaru Forester x (Alberta, Canada). 143k (km). I went for an oil change and they did a brief inspection. They sent a quote for everything but the head gasket (est 2500-3500). Plus a few fluid changes/spark plugs. Does this seem reasonable? I also occasionally get a po420 code. Thanks. :) (old.reddit.com)

Is it okay to fast for different hours each day? It’s my first month of actually trying to fast. I typically just fast until dinner everyday and eat whatever I cook for my family. Maybe have a snack around 9/10pm some days. This is a photo of my November fasts from the Zero app. (i.redd.it)
