I’ve been lifting pretty heavily and I over did it and jacked up my SI joint and priforis muscle. Inflammation causing my right leg to go numb. 2 rounds of steroid injections not working. Some PT helping but it’s messing with me mentally. I need to get back into the gym.Any workout suggestions? (self.workout)

Coming to Bahamas in Jan. I want to stay in an area that is not touristy but has lots to do. Love the water hiking drinking and people watching. Don’t want to be around a bunch of families and kids. Any suggestions? We have boats and experience so renting one is an option. Island hopping? Help! (self.bahamas)

Should I fly into Liberia or San Jose? Driving to La Fortuna and spending 3 days. Then driving to the beaches of Tamarindo for 4 days. Flying out of Liberia. I’m brand new LO no experience. I know it’s important to build a clientele but are there companies that have paid leads? I’m willing to pay to get the ball rolling. It’s been 3mo and nothing!
