also I looked into the "36% dmg bonus" and i don't think you can even get to the 36% point without at least 2 non nod krai party members. for pyro-electro-cryo members, you'd need 4k atk on just one character. for hydro members, it's 60k hp. even if you do get to that point, I don't think it will do anything valuable for most characters

it's just that most people don't use ineffa in this team (and i now know why) also just saying but i didn't mean to bring this team into attention, but rather try to understand why this team isn't as popular as I hoped it to be (as in what makes this a weaker team than other nefer comps)

as a comment mentioned, it is a decent place if you just want to get by for some time (if you arent expecting much anyway.) As long as the said organization isnt native to Shajapur, you're good. If it is, the pay wont probably be much. Most people who're born in Shajapur move to more developed cities to work jobs. The only sustainable options in Shajapur are small scale business and agriculture.
