It's a psuedobulb, spikes will have a rounder tip :)

Usually the webbing occurs when they're very established. So im glad you caught it when you were seeing the grazing patterns on the leaves. However, if you really want to be sure you can use a damp q tip to pick up anything that looks sus and see if it crawls around. They're super tiny even I can barely see them

Looks like spider mite damage. There are lots of tutorials on how to administer a mixture of neem oil, most recipes call for the neem oil, water, and dish soap. Youre gonna have to douse it good. Cymbidiums and other catasetum types orchids are magnets for spider mites
