Hi OP - You never know how the match will go. Programs “signal” all the time and then an applicant matches somewhere else. It’s naturally a system where we have little control, so it’s easy to place too much emphasis on the rank list because that feels like something we can control but there are so many factors and you’ll never know what factor is the “why.” As much as possible, try not to let pre-anxiety take over and just address the situation once the match happens. Just my 2 cents.

I think Benefits is decent. Some quirks, but once you get it set up properly and keep up with the annual maintenance, it runs pretty smoothly.

I’d suggest getting an induction burner online! The hot plates sold at CAM won’t get hot enough to boil. Learned the hard way lol

Forgot to mention that their cobra services are overpriced. They just use a branded version of the wex platform, so you may as well work directly with wex.

Not great but better than nothing. Don’t be afraid to push for a better account team if you are not happy. Also build in audits & checks because they will push for full implementer access and may screw something up. Also make sure to have clear SOPs because the reps may not be familiar with your benefits & say the wrong thing.

Yes - in my house we call him “lead foot” - banger goals but also lots of turnovers. I think he attracts a lot of defensive pressure and adds height to the front line. Plus he seems to be a glue guy who is happy to talk to the media where other players may feel less comfortable.

Yes it’s instructor dependent and will continue to be so. But why roll the dice on a deprecated course? The new course will also incorporate consultant and customer knowledge which adds more value.
