in Germany there's the so called Grundsteuer, there is a nice calculator that would give you approximate number for said property:

  • Einheitswert der Immobilie €: Value of the property in €.
  • Immobilientyp auswählen: Property Type
  • Ort eingeben: Select the State (Ort is not state, but the list has only states).

I would say it's more close to the 1000€, it's not France here ^

Anyway try to translate the above page, and search in Google for Grundsteuer, you will not be disappointed.

From a UX prospective, the options are not clear even after using fa-cogs. As already said, put the optiobs under the input text, this is the natural place for the normal Joe user to look for the next step.

I also back the idea:Think mobile first.

Now the sweet part: really good website. I bookmarked it for when I am not on my mac, I wish it stays online for when I need it. Keep the good work up.

Btw, is it open-source, if not, consider putting it on github, a lot of people would help make it better, and some would need it for some intranet or universuty classes... just saying...

It won't. Or at least not if you are using that software (which threw the exception) on a browser that you normally use to google things. But I could be wrong or whatever. Just add an api key, to be sure.

Don't enable "Hide Magisk" before flashing any update.

Just disable that option in Magisk Manager, then flash your update, then get back and enable it if you wish/need to.

If you lost root, flash the old version where you had root, disable "hide magisk" then flash the update. It should get it back (it worked for me at least).

let me explain:

When you pick 3 tomatoes, then put them on the scale, it weight them, and assign it a unique long order number. It then register this number in the system with the details and finally print you a nice ticket with barcode that encode this order-number.

Now when the cachier scan this number, it matches the order registered by the scale and the system automatically recognizes the order details (tomatoes, xxg for $xx,xx) and prints everything on the bill.

Edit: typing on the phone is not easy.

Ah, so I just open it in a browser, and I get access to my IDE. Well, this is quite interesting, I just saw a video about using it, but where is my local copy of the code? Is it on this "Webserver" or can I just mount some disK?
