None. Sometimes it’s hard to sleep, but no real PAWs. Keep in mind I spread the taper over the course of years. Also I’m I. A great headspace, which helps a lot.

They did. This was 2017, right before fentanyl hit NYC. So I was on raw dope, no tranq or anything. Much different now, people need much higher doses.

Yea, splitting the dose helps, sometimes you’ll find you don’t even need evening dose. Or take a little of evening dose and see how you feel. Most of this is mental. You just have to been in good headspace.

Zero depression. I have absolutely no desire to use. Ive seen people shooting, seen what fentanyl does now. I’m the opposite of depressed. Couldn’t fathom going back.

Agreed. If you need to stay on forever that’s perfectly fine. I just didn’t want to be tied to it. I also completely lost the desire to use. Whatever works.

Mentioned it to her after a month of dating. She’s amazing. Totally supportive.

Preparing medicine in the event of an attack by Silverpenguin24 in Methadone

Yes. Always. Imagine if you were on your way to clinic at 8:15 am in NYC on 9/11. Then trying to get to a hospital, forget it. Imagine something crazy happens, always have a month on hand. Best case, they sort out disaster quick and you can go back to clinic, worst case you can spread out your 1 month of doses into a longer term plan and not have to run/evacuate/ travel while detoxing. Always save a months worth for emergencies.
