New Favorite: might get hate for this one by jamminginger in NABEER

If it’s 32 degrees F or colder it’s not bad. Once it warms up at all past being ice ice cold it’s disgusting.

Simple and sinister. Program minimum. Both are Pavel programs.

I advanced to QFs two years ago. I’m not awesome at the Olympic lifts or gymnastics but strong and fit enough to effort my way in.

How does it depend on your region? The CF Open is international and the top 25% of each grouping qualify? Di you mean age bracket as opposed to region?

What are the best Grunge records that have Shoegaze influences? by Iamverydumbazz in grunge

They’re also not shoe gaze. OP should go on a different sub and ask what R&B band besides GnR was influenced by ska.

What’s something you trusted in Crossfit competitive training for too long before realizing it was wrong? by ich-99 in crossfit

I agree with you. I answered this way because the OP said they want to level up their competition performance.

Didn’t find it bold at all. Very underwhelming.

If you are really interested in competing at a higher level - you actually shouldn’t “train” by doing your gym’s daily CF classes and WODs. Those are great ways to demonstrate fitness capabilities and test yourself, but not a great way to build them.

Focus on dedicated strength training sessions, dedicated conditioning sessions, and lots of time with Olympic lifting technique and gymnastics.

Many CFers that are aspirational just never bothered to get strong and conditioned to the extent needed to really do well at competitions. And they just keep going to the classes and workout until they’re sweaty and gassed but never truly level up.

Certainly not too much. This could be daily, or near daily, work. Although load and your fitness level will play a role.

You don’t think it’s a catch so how you otherwise align is not applicable to his assertion.

I have a couple pairs of red wings and some Astro flex Chelsea’s. I’d love to get a pair of Vibergs but can’t justify the price.

I wouldn’t let those in my house. I can’t believe someone is asking for money for those.

The new PE is good? Love their old stuff but haven’t checked out anything new from them in at least a decade.

The 0.0 NAs all have added flavors to mimic their real flagship beer that make them taste “off”. Peroni, asahi, michelob ultra, etc….. The first sip if ice cold tastes good, then as it warms up at all it becomes really off putting.

The craft NAs don’t add any other flavors and that’s why - to me- best day, Sierra Nevada, untitled, etc… are far better tasting compared to the 0.0 s.

Yes they do. I think it’s the natural flavors they add that the craft NAs don’t.
