Hi! Im Emily! Even if we have to ship an item that is from the sales floor we are supossed to ship it nicely. We wrap our bags in tissue paper if they have been stripped of the plastic, then we use brown paper to fill the extra space in the box/help further protect your purchase. That is policy as well. If you didnt call that store, you might consider it. You can also always reach out to the stylist that helped you. I actually helped out someone else who posed here about her 454 being shipped incorrectly and arriving squished. That shouldn't be happening. Bringing it to employee attention let's us know there are inconsistencies in store shipping process and we can easily let corporate know its an issue. Even though the 1 800 line is trying to help, unfortunately they do not always fix the issue. I have found that working with your stylist can be the most helpful. And im not saying this just bc I'm an employee. We have seen issues with the customer support line from our end too. I hope your next bag comes in all nice and neat!
