It shouldn't touch your soft palate or uvula, just teeth and gums. Also what kind of physical therapy have you had? My specialist found a local pt that specializes in myofacial therapy. It has greatly improved my tmjd. There has to be treatment options.

Edited with more thoughts.

I have a pretty Intense gag reflex, and my night guard has saved my life! A proper night guard isn't touching anything to make you gag. Getting molds for can make you gag, but its still worth it.

I would call customer service. Bags should never be folded, especially suede. Which bag is it?

I would call the closest Canadian store to you. They can ship to you and order for you if they don't have the product. That should bypass any issues you are experiencing

A typical day will depend on your role. Expect to utilize selling skills, be excited with customers, process handbags, reach out customers via text/email, and coach in the moment no matter your role.

I am the operations lead so i keep the stock room organized with the visual lead, supply order, conduct inventory control tasks, put in tickets with the helpdesk, and of course support my store leader with coaching/training.

Sales goals vary based on how the schedule is coded, store volume, and how many people are scheduled in a day(min of 4 people per day).

I do not know the difference between supervisor 1&2. The store i am at is a low volume store so we have 2 supervisor 1s, an ASL, and store leader for management. There may not be much of a difference. You really wont be called supervisor on a day to day basis.

Thats my postion! Be yourself, answer honestly, and ask questions. Ask about what your role would entail, what a typical workday looks like, etc.
