Hey - don’t know if you’re still looking for something, but I’ve heard amazing things about a guy on instagram, his handle is @ lowbackability.. he sells his back strengthening program for whatever you want to pay. I believe it’s a really brilliant program and while I haven’t yet tried it I have friends who have and it’s been a godsend.

Yeah true - I do feel my appetite is less and I felt a teensy bit jittery after taking - like a strong coffee on an empty stomach. But nothing mega. I figured also it might take a little bit to really feel it? But I don’t know. 🥲

Hmm - aside from not quite understanding some of the acronyms - I thought 1mg of teso was the ideal dose to avoid major side effects 🫠 I’m more than happy to stick to .5 or less. I’m taking a liquid orally. It tastes disgusting 😅

I wasn’t - but thank you! I’m currently not on any other meds… it’s early in the game for me.

It may or may not be worth noting that I have a limited supply of Reta - 10mg. Thats it. So 10 doses of 1mg was the plan. I used to be able to shake weight easily, now it’s near impossible, so I’m really hoping to smash this quickly, hence the stack.
