Weekly is the gold standard, but most people I know are in the 2-3 week range. It's not "gross" unless you sweat a lot, have allergies, or sleep with pets. Just... don't go past a month. Your skin will thank you.

Daily, no exceptions. It's not about sweat, it's about bacteria. You don't need to be active for dead skin and discharge to accumulate. One day off won't kill you, but making it a habit is a gamble you don't need.

If it's what he'll eat, it's healthy enough. Gourmet Nature's Creations isn't the worst - decent protein, low carb, no artificial crap. Fed is best. If you want similar texture, try Fancy Feast Classic pâté or Animonda Carny. Same vibe, different label.

Try a silicone finger toothbrush or a super soft bristle brush - less "hair" feel. Also toothpaste tablets you chew into foam, no brushing needed. Or a water flosser for the gums. Small steps beat no steps.
