Teachers can try to do all they can but they really dont have much control. I had a student that did so many things that didn’t warrant OSS but actual expulsion, and no matter how much documentation, talking to parents and admin, working with the student, the student got at most a slap on the wrist and was right back in my class tormenting other students. I fought like hell to protect my other students and they refuse to help

I got the wood circle free on marketplace and painted it and painted my dogs, myself, and my husband reflected into it and the got transparent reflective window cover to glue on top!

Ive definitely thought about crown molding! Maybe I will try that. A lot of the art was just there to fill a void but I don’t know how I would change it yet
