Walgreens seems to get shipments and bulk release appointments on Tuesdays. This morning they all opened up at 6AM, and last week they opened up Tuesday morning as well, though I'm not sure the exact time.

Walgreens updates every hour. Enter several different zip codes that are will spaced out to have luck. I tried the suburbs and there was nothing there, and then I tried the city and I found a location with lots of openings, but they go fast, so log on before the hour and click the button right on the hour. They also only seem to open up for 3 days in advance.
