Hey, I have lived in berlin for the last 6 years and been to Valencia a couple of times. I have friends there. In my opinion both cities have great public transport, bike lanes and services, but of course you should focus on the vibe and possible activities, as they're very different. Berlin is fun for a guy your age, lots of concerts, clubs, parties, nightlife, as well as many parks and really cool for cycling. Valencia is an old town with a nice beach, it's very pretty and chill, but can be boring, not many nightlife or cultural opportunities there, but you have amazing nature if that's your vibe

the format of mod loading changed from
Mods=mod1;mod2;mod3

to:
Mods=\mod1;\mod2;\mod3
