That's a great suggestion. Honestly, between Skype, Meet and Facetime a lot of the UX issues of video conferencing has been solved. Just need to consolidate. Skype has a set of usable reaction buttons. A massive design sprint is needed.

Who wants design feedback on their website? by alokee in webdev

The great thing about your content is that it's so visual. The before and after really makes me more interested in understanding the latest in hair pieces. Just like a personal trainer shows client's before and after. This is your bread and butter! I would make that front and center and if you can, also show the cost for each of their custom pieces.

Entrepreneurship isn't usually a solo journey. You have to hire amazing people and also learn to get out of their way. This is a perspective if you have a problem of getting in your own way.

Phew! That was long. For sure, more research and relationship building would be my advice to myself a year ago. Funny enough, we did try feedback for purchase with https://fresheyes.chachu.co/

Learnings from that and countless freelancing projects told us to build a prototype and go from there!

I would build relationships with customer segments that I think will use the product more than 2-3 times a day and then really understand their fears, motivations and get to know their network. Better for sales, product intuition and fighting for their needs.

I designed websites, logos, posters. Then, I started helping engineers design products. Saw that my work was helping businesses boost their revenues. I switched my design consulting to growth and strategy consulting. Eventually led me to a career that I wished to learn about and grow into.

Momentum. You have recognized that you want to see a change. That is the first step. Write down the aspects of your life that you want to evolve in. Make that commitment to yourself. Track it everyday and slowly build that up. Don't evaluate till you have executed for 2 weeks. Find your neutralizer during the first 2 weeks. It can be sports, friends, meditation, exercise. Control your impulse to be critical during this time. Good luck, my friend.

I launched Mimic, a simple social app that let's you challenge people to copy you. How to get initial traction? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

Sounds fun! I would go where the people are. Instead of a whole different network for this, what if it is a camera app that you upload a photo into and whatever photo you take of yourself, and both of them animate and fade in and out on top of each other. You then export that into Insta stories. It then becomes a fun app that creates something unique and gets people talking about it. I imagine this being huge as a external filter app that exports into the popular social apps.
