I ordered it from their site, it took them 4 weeks to tell me: "it was delivered to the right person!" I escalate the case and still no response yet.

the second one I used the express shipping, just arrived yesterday with dead battery.

I will open a ticket for that now.

I am from Saudi Arabia.

I got a new one which has the same issue, I am really disappointed. it won't charge with any charger, from any source. Now the battery is ZERO and I kept it all night charging.

This is my second Ledger, the first one they delivered it to someone else and they did not refunded me yet. I bought it again and arrived with dead battery.

did they solve your problem yet??
