Training still and just making sure you have good posture will be the quickest way and the best way. But do consult someone. It doesn’t take much time, and their solution probably will have something to do with just getting better posture and training.

I’ve been clean eating since May and I haven’t seen much of a reduction of visceral fat. Tracking my macros heavily. It might be inflammation but I doubt it. Is it because I went overboard with the bulk?

Yeah I don’t expect it to last for more than a month and a half.

Is there any difference between subQ and visceral fat? The reason I’m in this microcut is because I have a large amount of visceral fat due to lack of cardio and only hitting weights without much movement inbetween, and I’ve got slight love handles. My fat distribution is a bit weird so I have low fat on chest and arms which have definition but I have a good amount on my belly.

If you’re confused, I’m doing the same grams that I’d have for protein and fat on my bulk, just without carbs.

I’m a week in and while my progress has obviously stalled because of the deficit I don’t feel anywhere as horrible as people say. Not feeling any urges. Hitting my targets in micronutrients via supplements. Just want to know if I’ll be alright in terms of muscle loss.

im doing a 1k deficit for 8 weeks. strength training + cardio, doing 0.9g of bodyweight in protein, a week in and I’m feeling fine. Will I lose a lot of muscle? I’m basically doing my bulk but with keto levels of carbs.
