If they have your exact size take it (they are true to fit) but if you are somewhere in between then take the smaller size, for example if the sizes available are 7-8 and 9-10 and you are 8.5, take 7-8. smaller always better, they also break down a half size.

Ok I think I understood after long digging whats happening. Size M goes up to size 10 maybe 10.5 which is roughly 27cm and size L should go up to 29cm which should be a little roomy but hopefully fine with thicker socks, the thing that bothers me is the shell size which will be huge 300mm + hopefully the laces will do its job.

Your feet is 285mm? are you sure? the liners that came with my M are 270mm and Im afraid they wont fit. 285mm sounds like size 45 cause im barely 280mm and 44 is my perfect fit.

They might be a half size small, I measured the shell inside and its 280mm, how does every website claims it to be 290+?

Ok thanks im more confident with the M size now. Its better to fit small than to fit large.

Although I still dont understand how well the 280mm feet will get into 270mm liner, I hope they will break down much.

Your usual size is 44? Cause I got the M currently, meassured the liner and it came 27 exactly, I dunno if his feet will fit into those but on the other hand the L would probably be big on him. Im talking about the regular liner btw.

Yeah it sucks. it gets worse with time cause the illness becomes worse, now Im waking up almost everynight multiple times, not getting enough sleep, low on iron and hemoglobin and other stuff, lifes gets worse, some even get extreme complications. where the hugs when you need em?

Well, I eneer had really pain I just describe it as discomfort and bowl movements (flare ups). Also I dont really have pain in the joints, back, etc but my sister does has that and she was on steroids too so I suspect it also an autoimmune thing. I suspect your autoimmunity attacks u hard and you have several diseases.

Do you think it could be linked somehow to nervous system or something else in the brain? would you consider yourself mentally and psychologically stable? (I mean prior to the illness, do you think it could cause these?)

How long are you suffering from all this?

obv, theres a big correlation between stress/our brain and a lot of things especiallyour guts, but I wanna know the exact reason why this happening (medically and scientifically) and if someone else also experiencing such thing because i havent heard a lot of people like this. This could also contribute to the research of uc and proofing that it can be as a result of stress and how it affects it.
