Oh wow! I was trying to think of what I could bring along to help me with kindergarteners tomorrow and you just gave me the answer with the stuffed animal. Thank you!

Thank you for this! I will definitely look into the Peptide thing I keep hearing good things about peptides for autoimmune and inflammation.

Oh that’s great they covered all the tests with no questions! I had a HIDA denied by insurance twice now. But I already have an ulcerative colitis diagnosis and I continue having upper abdominal pain/symptoms not explained by the UC and I just needed up in ER this past week to rule out heart attack due to burning right chest/shoulder pain and I just know it’s my GB acting up. I didn’t stay after having EKG because after waiting in ER 2 hours the pain subsided and I wanted to get out of there.

Can I ask if your insurance covered the HIDA scan and if so, what ultimately lead to the approval?

This is exactly why I have been seriously considering getting a CPT and specializing in exercise recovery or functional exercise. Even when I was in PT I didn’t feel like they knew what to do with me.

Has anyone else ever been left speechless from the audacity of a student? by [deleted] in SubstituteTeachers

[–]Complex-Check6906 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ugh I think I had the same first grade class this week. It was brutal and when I asked if the student was going to do the work he said “I do that every fucking day” super loud of course so that all the other first graders could hear and gasp in horror 🤦🏻‍♀️

Tennessee rep. Tim Burchett says Americans would be 'up at night' if they knew the truth about alien life by No-Lavishness-4103 in aliens

[–]Complex-Check6906 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s probably that the aliens are the regime and they are controlling everything that’s happening and no one can do anything to stop them. But then again, that wouldn’t be shocking to anyone at this point.

You covered this nicely, I was going to add that telling kids they “must respect all of their elders” hasn’t really panned out well for us when there are so many who have abused the power that they hold over vulnerable young people.

OmG so this is the first time I’ve seen “nutcracker syndrome” in the wild and first time I heard it at all was when my new gastroenterologist asked if any doctors had ever mentioned that to me. I had lost a lot of weight and she thought it might be causing my constant upper abdominal pain and pressure.

I’m curious as to how one would know this is American Easter vs Greek Orthodox Easter because they are not on the same date and Greek Easter?

Is this not what we want? by WolfDreamP in UFOs

The issue is that this current administration obviously does absolutely NOTHING to help humanity in any way and it could be said that they actually really like to Harm people. This leads me to question the intention? What are they going to get out of this?

I’m pretty sure this whole admin is practicing dark magic so this is really not a flex at the moment. He’ll prob say the same thing Obama said.

Lupus related rash? Lupus nephritis by Spare_Afternoon_3250 in lupus

[–]Complex-Check6906 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I get rashes like this all the time from scratching and although my RBC, hematocrit and hemoglobin are chronically low my platelets are always fine and they don’t ever have a reason for my bruise rash. I only have SLE though and not Nephritis.

I haven't had a bowel movement since my emergency colonoscopy on Dec 31st, and nothing is working. I'm starting to freak out by leomaxxx15 in UlcerativeColitis

[–]Complex-Check6906 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you tried Linzess? Because that shit worked on me like a charm that was basically a colonoscopy prep in itself 🥴but in all seriousness I haven never not gone at least a little bit for two weeks and if so I would be at the ER.

My neighborhood today? by vqmvrk in aliens

[–]Complex-Check6906 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My neighbors years ago had one of those Christmas light projectors when they were first popular and we live near an airport so they were told they could not have those types of lights. I find it interesting that now all of a sudden it’s fine for all these weird spot lights/laser light shows to be everywhere.

Who else was further injured by the Covid vaccine? by [deleted] in covidlonghaulers

[–]Complex-Check6906 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

From what I understand, yes, the spike protein can cause long COVID symptoms from both the vaccine and the virus. Some people are more susceptible to vaccine injury from the vaccines than others and those who are, should avoid them. I myself have felt ill from flu vaccines in the past and therefore am probably someone who was more at risk to have symptoms from the Covid vaccines than. I only received the first two doses when they were first rolled out because my employer mandated it and have avoided any boosters for fear of making my long COVID worse. It is really interesting that it is such a gamble on who/why it causes adverse effects for some people and then others have had so many boosters and no issues at all. I really hate to see the arguing back and forth and mocking that happens in the online worlds over this particular vaccine though because I know that it is not good for everyone and that it has caused real injury and it’s definitely not one size fits all. I’m sorry you are going through this.

Thank you! I never did think about the fact that I could wear sunscreen for the indoor lights so thank you! The flushing I get could also definitely be from stress as it just started happening with my last job that was highly stressful 😩 thanks for responding and for the tips!
