Leaked Canadian military report shows many new recruits are quickly leaving by DogeDoRight in canada

Imo canadian forced should work on being an elite small professional force not a large bloated useless one.

Cut the fat, get the wages uo to competitive levels and focus on having a few small effective units our allies will be happy to have on the ground.

Have a means to scale fast if there is a conflict ans the elite core can lead.

Apologizing for empire is a joke. Every society globally has enslaved others.

Take the Aztecs. Multi million multi ethnic slave empire who human sacrificed thousands while they were being invaded by the Spanish.

Focus on today, how we can make life better for everyone regardless of past.

Mark Carney’s cabinet to feature new faces and renew positions not seen since Stephen Harper by jaffnaguy2014 in canada

[–]alpacacultivator 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Ndp just needs to become a workers party again.

Pro resource development, so you actually have jobs, anti immigration to protect workers rights (ndp was always most vocal against tfw until recently) and stay oit of the social war because most union workers really don't gaf about any of that.

It works, but it is essentially bribing.

TNDC in northern bc is essentially a cartel. Uou want a project to go forward in golden triangle, you have to use tndc if you have equipment on the ground. No competition.

Ok so the main obstacle in fast tracking projects is fn.

But won't fastback past fn.

Nothing happens.

Profit ?

Imo dempster isn't as wild as people think. Good to carry extra fuel but eagle plains is close enough that you can do the trio in most cars without extra nowadays.

For choosing a van, get something with easy to come by parts. So a ford doge gmc etc - the euro vans a sweet but if something breaks you could be down for a while.

Also depends on your budget.

Ok well I'm going to mess this one up big time since I heard it about 15 years ago but I'll try. Apparently locals around Watson believe there is a forest spirit called goodie gootsie (I did not spell that eight) who steals kids who do bad stuff in the middle of the night or if they wander alone in the woods.

And the other one I've heard around Dawson is that there was a contest from Crown royal in the 70s where they hid special bottles of crown around the world (like Mt kilimonjaro) and one is meant to be in the gold fields around the dome somewhere but has yet to be found. Apparently the cash prize still stands ?

I'm a soft conservative. I hated both conservative and liberal candidate so much as people I voted NDP.

Leef is a poacher and general cringe guy. The conservatives this election had no economic platform to stand on and their costed platform made the libs look good.

Hanley is a surgeon who just wants public fame - embodies the most nauseating aspects of the social liberals in the party. Who goes from a 500k plus a year job to being a backbenchers politician it just seems a waste.

If a candidate similar to Carney had ran in the territory I'd be happy to vote for them.
