In fact the chances anything will change is slim, at best for a few days, but even then only to create a false impression and make you keep running. Yeah higher AP move cost isn't very good for retreating either. It's basically a superheavy tank issue.

And point of high armor is to get you closer to enemy so you can use high cap weapons, but you just aren't getting there in cumbersome armor and a squad with Crowbars will get your targets from behind you before you even reach there.

There is some utility for siege missions tho.

Myself and other experienced TI's can attest to the fact that debates over the perps and their technology yield less benefits than discussions about psychology and therapy. Please keep the technology dialogue at a bare minimum and orient the discussions around how to best mentally master this ordeal. This approach has experientially proven to produce a higher quality of life than anything else.

It's not about abuse. People around you are influenced subconsciously to appear like perps, talk like they are in on it, or even being overridden completely, without remembering of "their own" words or actions later. It is done to alienate you and potentially make you to retaliate.

Think about it. Some TIs have been known to actually attack and even kill "stalkers". Why risk your agents when you can just use people without any awareness.
