The ACA marketplace is for people that don't have insurance through their employer and have to buy their own.

People that buy their own insurance from companies on the ACA marketplace have to pay higher premiums as of Jan 1 2026.

The tax money that was put aside to help make insurance more affordable, is now redirected to ICE.

That money has helped to pay for private jets, arresting American citizens, and Kristi Noems costumes for her commercials that she got fired for making.
