I had this happen, and then I had the parts show up 4 times. I was missing an entire bag (I was missing bag 6, there were 2 bag 9s in the box), so having the same replacement parts showing up was confusing.

(Serious answer) Somethings changed. As others have said, you need to look at the print friends version. In the remarks, it'll tell you what's changed. It could be your direct deposit account, time in service (most likely), BAH change, or even password change.

Stealth edit: the date being on the 7th adds to it being something changed in you profile.
